ProcureMate web stack is live.

This placeholder page is served by the bootstrap web container so CloudFront, ALB, ECS, and the repository-backed deployment path can come up cleanly.

Your GitHub Actions workflow can now publish the real frontend image to latest in the stack-created ECR repository and force a new ECS deployment.

Static assets uploaded by the workflow to S3 will continue to be served by CloudFront on the existing asset paths.
